UES Havea publishes its 2024 Gender Equality Index based on the 2023 scope: 90 /100.

 

This index is the result of the 5 indicators made compulsory under the law “For the freedom to choose one’s professional future”:

% of employees receiving a raise after returning from maternity leave

Number of women and men in the top 10 highest earners.
